How We Manufacture Chronic Diseases

Manufacturing chronic diseases like Cancer, Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Heart disease is fairly simple. Just be a human being surrounded by the temptations of modern societies for ten to fifteen years. Meanwhile, the search for natural remedies to reverse these diseases continues to make headway.
Stop to think about this for a minute or two and the concept is really ‘spot on’ as some would say.
Are we really creators of our own diseases?
It is certainly true that mainstream consumers have been trained by medical authorities in government and industry and even our own medical physicians to accept that diseases strike spontaneously, without any one particular cause.
One day you have nothing wrong with you, and suddenly the next day, you’re diagnosed with a breast cancer tumor. Shazam! Lightning has struck… (and it’s not your fault, you’re told — there’s nothing you could have done
about it…). Really…
The truth is very different: All the most common degenerative diseases — cancer, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, etc. — take many years to
grow and expand. A cancer tumor can take 10 years (or even more) before it grows to the size that will show up on a mammogram. That means the tumor has been “under construction” for a decade!
During that time, the patient has been “manufacturing cancer” daily.

Dr. Lodi limits his official beliefs to his specialty of Cancer. Others have borrowed and expanded his basic ideas to apply to all chronic or degenerative diseases.
If you want to be healthy, stop the manufacturing process that creates chronic or degenerative diseases. How simple and easy is that? Well, it turns out to be quite simple but not so easy for most of us.
How Diseases are Manufactured
All diseases begin with an imbalance in the mind or the body (they can originate in either place and then spread to the other).
Diseases can be triggered by a nutritional deficiency (not enough vitamin D, for example), or a dietary excess (too much homogenized milk). It can be caused by an emotional state such as anger or stress that then spreads to the tissues and begins to create discomfort or dis-ease in the physical body.
Most diseases being “manufactured” in the bodies of people today are created through controllable factors: What we eat, what chemicals we expose ourselves to, how sedentary we are, our state of mind, which supplements we take (or don’t take), who we associate with, and where we live.
There’s a recipe for creating each disease. If you want to manufacture type-2 diabetes, for example, the recipe is very simple:
• Drink lots of sugary drinks and drinks with high-fructose corn syrup;
• Consume a huge number of empty calories (junk food);
• Avoid all exercise. Live a sedentary lifestyle;
• Live indoors. Avoid sunshine and the natural world;
• Maintain nutritional deficiencies in vitamin D, selenium, zinc and plant-based nutrients.
Do this for five to ten years or more and you will begin manufacturing diabetes. You’ll then be officially diagnosed with it by a doctor who will say something like, “You’re diabetic.” (Which isn’t really true. You are not defined by a disease. You’re just expressing a certain physiology that’s been named a disease.)
Okay, how about this different recipe for manufacturing Cancer?
How to manufacture a Cancer:
• Expose yourself to radiation (mammograms, CT scans, X-rays, etc.);
• Eat lots of carcinogenic foods like bacon, processed meats and foods with chemical preservatives for five to fifteen or more years;
• Avoid all cancer-fighting nutrients like superfoods, medicinal mushrooms, spirulina, etc.;
• Avoid sunlight so you can become deficient in vitamin D;
• Use lots of toxic personal care products made with carcinogenic chemicals for five to fifteen years or more;
• Live a high-stress lifestyle for five to fifteen years or more and get as little rest and sleep as possible.
It’s a lifestyle that provides the perfect environment for many types of Cancer.
Yes Martha, there’s a recipe for every major degenerative disease, including kidney stones (drink gallons and gallons of soda over many years), brain cancer (drink gallons and gallons of diet soda over ten to fifteen years or more), obesity (eat more MSG), liver disease (take more pharmaceutical medications). It’s really all so easy to manufacture diseases. It’s big business that profits only the medical establishment.
After all, most of us have been customizing these disease-making recipes for years, tailoring them to our own preferences and lifestyles. Every time we wolf down some bacon, or eat processed junk foods, or use conventional personal care products, we are creating a great environment for diseases to flourish in our bodies.
Diseases don’t appear immediately, of course. This is the problem. Most of us need to be reminded two or three times a day. It takes many years for the daily poisoning of the body to be diagnosed as disease. But make no mistake about the origins of that disease: The body manufactured the disease over many years.
So when doctors tell us “There’s nothing you could have done to prevent this” they are actually lying to us. Of course there’s something we could have done and much that we can do today.
We can stop creating a disease-friendly environment in our bodies before the disease cripples us. Some conventional doctors won’t acknowledge this to their patients because it would give them the idea that they have control over their own health.
How to Stop Manufacturing Diseases
Each day, depending on what you eat, drink, do or put on your body, you are either moving towards disease or away from disease. The only way to stop manufacturing diseases is to stop feeding the processes that create diseases and, instead, pursue behavior that move you away from disease (and toward improved health).
This is not easy because it involves changing long-held habits and addictions and as any rehab counselor will tell us, we must first admit and acknowledge that we have a problem. Those of us persistent enough to be able to overcome our bad habits and addictions then have choices about how to restore or introduce our bodies’ internal environments to things that will promote its health.
Once we fill our bodies with living, healing juices, sunlight and regular exercise, we shut off all kinds of chemical “disease-making” processes in our physiology. We then activate healing processes that move us towards lifelong health. This is how we start manufacturing health instead of diseases.
The longer we pursue a healthful lifestyle based on products we enjoy consuming, the greater the chances of living a full, energetic, and happy life. Healthful products many enjoy include superfoods, nutritional supplements, balanced diets and the avoidance of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, mainstream personal care products and other poisons.
Beyond the mere halting of manufacturing disease, once our bodies achieve a certain level of vitality, they will begin by themselves to reverse diseases. Cancer tumors in your body may vanish over time. Heart disease may begin vanishing. Diabetes may disappear as our bodies begin to be able once again to create insulin. Cognitive functions will be restored. These are just a few of
the many benefits we may experience when self-healing is in full swing.
Which Recipe Have You Chosen?
Most of us follow each other around rather mindlessly. We do what we see others do. It’s easy and has social benefits that make us feel both accepted and important in our social circles. Because we like to imitate others, we reap the results of whatever lifestyle we find ourselves living. That’s why diseases should not be surprising to anyone who knows the results of each type of lifestyle. Follow the recipe and you will get the results you deserve (good or bad).
We can choose from all the various recipes for disease including enormous quantities of junk foods, pharmaceuticals, personal care products and a barrage of vaccines or we can choose to pursue a recipe for good health.
That recipe is based on sound nutrition, fresh fruits and vegetables, time spent outdoors in nature, real sunlight on our skin, targeted nutritional supplements, regular exercise and the elimination of synthetic chemicals from our bodies. It’s simple and good common sense.
Remember this the next time your doctor or some other health professional gives you advice. After receiving their advice, ask yourself, “Is this a recipe for HEALTH, or for DISEASE?” If the advice includes a lot of radiation, chemotherapy, pharmaceuticals, surgery or injections of some kind, it’s probably not describing a recipe for health.
Be wary of any advice that does not resonate with the simple principles of commonsense health… as in, don’t irradiate yourself. Don’t poison yourself (chemo). Don’t cut your body (surgery). Don’t use chemicals to control your
physiology (pharmaceuticals). Use these only as a last resort when all other options have been exhausted.
Certainly, if you suffer some sort of accident like a broken leg, then it’s perfectly okay to submit to the necessary surgery, anesthesia or other elements of acute medical care.
When it comes to long term habits of health, however,be aware that pharmaceuticals, mammograms, chemotherapy, vaccines and most surgeries are really just components of the recipe for disease. So if you choose to follow that route, don’t be surprised at the outcome.
By the way, following the recipe for health is definitely harder than following the recipes for diseases, but it’s far more rewarding. For one thing, you get to live longer. Better yet, you get to live happier and healthier during all those years. And isn’t that essentially why we’re all interested in maintaining or optimizing our health in the first place?
Is There A Perfect Recipe For Vibrant Health?
Yes. There is a recipe for perfect health. It’s a recipe that’s available to you right now, and it’s the same recipe that will stop your body from manufacturing disease. Follow that recipe for good health and you will experience far more enjoyment in your life, no matter how long you live.
